5 Reasons Why You Should Move to Rancho Cucamonga, CA Transcript

Transcript:

Good afternoon. How you doing? This is Michael Sino, the broker owner of Camden McKay Realty here in Rancho Cucamonga. We hope you and your families are doing great. Uh, we wanted to prepare this video here. Uh, with the five reasons of why we think you should move to Ranch Cucamonga. So the first reason is the schools.

The schools are, in our opinion, some of the best and highest rated schools in all of Southern California. And we have firsthand knowledge on the strength of these schools because we've had our children be in the school district all the way from tk, which is transitional kindergarten, all the way up through graduating high school.

So. At one point in time, we actually had one of our children in tk, one of our children in elementary school, one of our children in middle school, and our oldest was in high school. So, uh, it was pretty interesting. But again, we know the ins and outs of, of each school, what, and how highly rated they are, and also how great the staff is at, at all these schools.

So in our opinion, it's the best. If not one of the best school districts in all of Southern California, here is a second reason why we think you should move to the city of Rancho Cucamonga. The home values, Rancho Cucamonga is a very unique city. We have homes that were built in the early 19 hundreds, and we have homes that are being built now.

The average price of a home here in Ranch Cucamonga is approximately 762,500. So compared with other cities in the surrounding areas, that's $762,500 gets you in to one of the best school districts in Southern California, in our opinion. There's other cities that are surrounding here that have very strong school districts, such as Diamond Bar.

The average price for a home in Diamond Bar is approximately 1,000,069. Uh, the average price for a property in Chino Hills, which is also a very strong school district, is 1,000,025. So being here in Rancho Cucamonga allows you to saves hundreds of thousands of dollars compared to those other cities.

And have an and be, excuse me, in a district, in a school district that is better, if not the best, out of those other cities that I've mentioned there. So this is a huge positive for people that are generally looking to move from the LA Metro area, where homes are a lot more expensive into the city of Ranch Cucamonga.

Reason number three, guys, we are centrally located. The city of Ranch Cucamonga is. In an awesome spot. In our opinion, we are an hour from the mountains. We are an hour from the desert, and we are an hour from the beach. So if, let's say I wake up one day and I say I'm really, really having a, a, a, a good day today, and I want to get after it.

I'm gonna go up to the mountains, go snowboard for maybe a couple hours. I can be in Big Bear in about an hour and 10 minutes. Okay? And then I come back here and I say, okay, well I want to go to, um, an early dinner in Palm Springs. I can be there in an hour and then I can come back here and say, okay, well I want to go out to, uh, to have some.

Drinks or something in Newport Beach, I can be there in 55 minutes. I know that's a little bit of exaggeration. You can't, it'd be hard to do all that stuff in one day. But again, just kind of putting that into perspective. Also, we have the convenience of having the Metro link here just right off of Milliken, just south of Arrow.

And that Metro Lane can get you into downtown LA in about an hour, an hour and a half. So we have a lot of friends and clients that work there in downtown la. Uh, and they take the Metro link there and then take the metro link back to, uh, to Ranch Cucamonga. So it saves 'em a lot of commuting. So that's, uh, that's a real plus for us.

So reason number four guys is awesome, in my opinion as well. So we have some of the best weather here in Southern California. The average temperature in Ranch Cucamonga year round is about 76 degrees. Right. So that is, that is great. Also a benefit here of Ranch Cucamonga, where it's located. As a proximity to the foothills and the mountains, we have Mount Baldy right behind us.

And Mount Baldy is amazing. It's every day you drive up one of the major throwaways, you see that those beautiful mountains, and it's, it's just breathtaking. So really enjoy that. But also the benefit of being close to the foothills is that we get a nice breeze here in the afternoon. So whenever it's, it's, you know, if you go inland a little bit more, and it could be in the middle of summer and it's a hundred.

10 degrees there, then generally it's about 10 to 12 degrees cooler here because we have that breeze. So the weather is great. In the summer, you're probably looking at maybe average of, of the mid nineties. And in the winter you're probably looking at, at probably high fifties, low sixties. Uh, it does get colder sometimes, of course, and it does get warmer, but again, just on an average, you're looking about 76 degrees.

Throughout the year, which is great. Now, one thing to note in certain areas, you do have strong winds. Santa Ana winds from probably October through through March, April, right? So those winds are occasionally very, very strong. But generally other than that, uh, during those times, we have beautiful weather here in Ranch Cucamonga.

And here is the fifth reason why you should move to Ranch Cucamonga. So we have great things to do here in Ranch Cucamonga. We are right next to the Twanda Falls, uh, which have an Twanda trails, uh, hiking trails there. So if you were to go all the way up, Twanda, which is a street that runs north and south here, you went dead end at what's called Twanda Trail.

It's a hiking trail, I think it's about two and a half to three miles long. And then at the end of that trail. There's, um, at Rwanda Falls, so sometimes when, you know, we have a lot of snowfall and in the summer when it's melting, you get beautiful cascading falls from that, um, from those falls there. Uh, also we have, uh, Victoria Gardens, which is awesome.

Outside malls. Uh, you have various, uh, big chain, uh, shops there, uh, such as Macy's, uh, Nike, we have Lululemon there. Um. We have, uh, other stores there, but also you have a lot of outdoor places to eat, uh, places to hang out at you. It's really well located. You have a awesome view of mountains if you're sitting on, on certain, uh, restaurant exterior patios.

We also have, um, well, uh, Victoria Gardens also does have. Uh, movie theaters as well. So if you know you want to eat and then go catch a movie, you can watch a movie there. A lot of the kids actually drive through, uh, Victoria Gardens on North Main Street and South Main Street and kind of show off their cars and everything.

So it's kind of the place to be on, on the weekends. Um, also we do have Haven Market, uh, which is, uh, kind of an interesting idea. So you have a big warehouse and you have about 15 or 20 restaurants inside that warehouse. So it's, um, it's pretty cool concept. So you can go there and you can get something to eat, you can get dessert, um, uh, you know, you can get coffee, have a couple places where you can sit down and grab some, uh, some adult beverages.

And then they also have an outdoor patio there too. And then Ranch Cucamonga actually just built a new dog park, uh, just west, uh, uh, of Milliken on baseline. And so this place is pretty cool. Um, it's, it's a new, a little bit more modern park, uh, for the dogs. And then lastly, we have Quake Stadium too, which is off of Rochester.

So this is where, um, I believe it's an affiliate of the La Dodgers, uh, play. Um, and so that's cool. Sometimes some of the, the stars, if they're doing some rehabs, uh, from the Dodge. They come down and play with the quakes as well. So again, these are the five reasons why you should move to Rancho Cucamonga.
